The Manufacturer Ceiling Fan comes with a built-in RF wall switch for local control. If you require a 3-way or 4-way setup, additional switches (Part# F-WC-WT) are available. Alternatively, you can purchase a touch panel wall control with the Manufacturer Fan App (Part# F-TS-BK or -WT) separately.

Please note that these controls are designed for use with Modern Forms Smart Fans only. Each Modern Forms Smart Fan includes a wall control or remote control, so be sure to check the product details to confirm the control type. Additionally, you can control your Modern Forms Smart Fan through the Modern Forms App on any iOS or Android device.

It's important to understand that Modern Forms controls are available in RF or Bluetooth versions, and they are not cross-compatible with each other. When ordering, make sure to select the correct version based on your ceiling fan. Bluetooth controls come with all current models, while RF controls are for older models purchased before 2021. To confirm the control version, please check the part number on the label of your control.

Modern Forms wall controls can be added to create 3-way or 4-way setups, allowing you to control a single fan or a group of fans from multiple locations, such as the top and bottom of a stairway or opposite sides of a room.

The control features include a Luminaire on/off button, 0-100% brightness control buttons, a fan on/off button, 6-speed fan control up/down buttons, and a Winter/Summer mode button to reverse the fan's airflow for warm or cool air.

All Modern Forms controls are UL & cUL Damp Location Listed, making them suitable for indoor or covered outdoor applications.
