How to Use This remote control is designed for ceiling fans. Match the switches on the transmitter inside the ceiling fan by adjusting the 4 dip switches on the new remote to the same pattern as the old remote. There are 16 different frequencies for Harbor Breeze fans, so you may need to experiment with the combinations.
If you control multiple ceiling fans in your home, ensure that the PIN code settings are different between them, or else the remote from a neighboring fan may accidentally activate your ceiling fan.
